The Legislative Research Special Interest Section will explore the subject of positive law codification. 
On Tuesday, April 28th at 12:30PM, we will be joined by Katrina Hall, Senior Counsel at the Law Office of the Law Revision Counsel, U.S. House of Representatives.
Katrina will be giving a virtual presentation titled, “Positive Law Codification: Reenacting Federal Laws as Titles of the United States Code for Statutory Clarity.”
