Research Services Librarian – George Mason University Law Library

Summary

The Law Library at George Mason University seeks a full-time librarian to join our team as the Research Services Librarian. We would love an experienced researcher but are open to newer librarians, too. This position has typically done a good bit of deep research to support our faculty's scholarly pursuits, and it also offers opportunities for teaching, participating in collection development, and helping students at the reference desk and in research consultations. Our library is collaborative and collegial and has a small enough staff that we have the opportunity to work with everyone in the Library and Technology Services department. This job has been a good fit for librarians entering academia from other types of law libraries, too. Please consider applying and share the opportunity with others you know who may be interested. The full position description, qualifications, and application process are available at the GMU Jobs website.
