			<description>Title: Practice Support Specialist Description:  	 		The Practice Support Specialist, under the direction of the Deputy Chief Knowledge Officer, interacts directly with the attorneys to assess their internal knowledge and external research resource needs. The Practice Support Specialist works directly with the Deputy to identify current firm and Information Resource Center (IRC) resources that meet those needs and considers alternative resources as situations arise. Ongoing marketing, training and support for existing IRC resources is the other critical component of this position. The Practice Support Specialist serves as a liaison to the Information Technologies and Information Management departments.
