Renewing an Institutional Membership

Membership Renewal

If your institution wishes to process all institutional membership renewals at once and generate a single invoice, please use the following instructions.  If you wish to renew as an individual, follow these instructions.

NOTE:  To renew all Institutional memberships at once, a dues representative must be designated.  The dues representative does not need to be a member of LLSDC.  To designate or update the dues representative for your institution, please e-mail membership@llsdc.org with the name and contact information of the person you wish to manage your memberships.

Renewal Instructions for Dues Representatives:
  1. Log into LLSDC.org or click here
  2. Click the Corporate Memberships icon. 
  3. Click “Search for Corporate Memberships”.
    Use the search box or drop down list to locate your institution.  Click “Submit”.
    Once your institution is displayed, click “Renew.
  4. At the next screen, click “Next”

  5. At the next screen, check the boxes to select members to renew.  Then click “Next.”


  6. Click “Show / Hide Special Interest Groups” to see the SIS sections the member you are renewing is currently associated with.


  7. If you wish to add an additional SIS group, click the name of the member.
    A new window will open.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen. 

  8. Click the “Join More SIGs?” link and select the additional SIS groups you wish to join.  Select “Check” as your payment method and click “Submit”.

  9. Return to the Corporate Membership Renewal – Step 2 page.
    Use the browser to refresh this page.  When you refresh and click “Show / Hide Special Interest Groups,” you will see the recently added SIS.


  10. Check the box next to the membership you wish to renew and click “Next.”


  11. At the next screen, you will be prompted to provide your payment method and information.


  12. If paying by credit card, verify that the payment method is set to “credit card” and click “Submit”.  Follow the instructions to pay using a credit card or using Pay Pal.

    If paying by check, change the payment method to “check” and click “Submit”.


  13. Click “View Invoice”.  You may print this new page or scroll to the bottom and click “Click here for a printer friendly version of this invoice” to have a cleaner copy to mail with your payment.



  14. Your application is complete!  Thank you for renewing online.
