If your library wishes to process all institutional membership renewals at once and generate a single invoice, please use the following instructions. If you wish to renew as an individual, follow these instructions.
NOTE: To renew all Institutional memberships at once, a dues representative must be designated. The dues representative does not need to be a member of LLSDC. To designate or update the dues representative for your institution, please e-mail membership.llsdc@gmail.comwith the name and contact information of the person you wish to manage your memberships.
You will see an “active” or "expired" record with the opportunity to renew. You may also see an "archive" record. Please disregard any archive records.
Click your institution’s name
Click “view members.” A new window will open containing list of members attached to your institution’s record
IMPORTANT: If you need to add or remove a person to your institution’s record, contact membership.llsdc@gmail.com. Do not continue the renewal process until the LLSDC membership committee has corrected your institution’s record.
If your institution’s list of members is correct, return to the original window (the screen titled "View Corporate Information") and click the “back” icon
Click “Renew” to begin the renewal process
You’ll see a screen that looks like this:

Click the “Next” button
At the “Step 2” screen, check “renew all individuals”
12. At the “Step 3” screen, select your payment method and click “Submit”
If paying by check, you will be receive a confirmation page:
Click “View Invoice” to print an invoice suitable for mailing
NOTE: the renewal process will be complete only after the check is received and processed. This takes several weeks or more. For this reason, LLSDC has a two-month membership grace period, so memberships remain active. Members will continue to receive renewal notices, however. If payment has been sent, these notices can be disregarded.
If paying by credit card, you will be directed to Paypal. You can pay with a Paypal account or with a credit card. NOTE: Paypal is very sensitive regarding security and will sometimes reject a credit card. If this happens, please contact Paypal support. Renewals paid by credit card are processed at the point of payment.
