How to Submit a Jobline Listing
LLSDC Jobline Advertising Procedures

LLSDC accepts online employment advertisements for the Jobline area of our website, where advertised positions are of interest to our membership.

Ads are posted after receipt of payment and will remain posted for 60 days, or until the job is filled. Quoted prices are for the period of 60 days. Rates subject to change without notice.

Advertisers that have hosted or sponsored any LLSDC event in the last year, including those of any LLSDC Special Interest Section, will receive a 50% discount.

LLSDC reserves the right to refuse ads for any reason from any vendor. Money accepted in advance for cancelled or refused ads will be prorated and returned to the vendor.

Pricing & Format
Price: $200 for 60 days.
The standard practice for posting to the LLSDC Jobline is to submit a written description of the position, job title, organization name, contact information, and a link to the employer’s website. Employers placing job advertisements have the option of including a graphic with the written description. Art to accompany a Jobline posting must be submitted electronically as a gif or jpeg image at 72 dpi and no larger than 234x60 or 125x125 pixels. The maximum file size is 20kb.
Text for an advertisement should be kept short and it should not exceed 200 words. Text may be edited for length.
Paid advertisements are available to any employer or placement agency who advertises employment of interest to our membership. Typical jobs listed on our site are in law libraries and related fields.
How to Advertise
To advertisement on our Jobline, please send an email to jobline.llsdc@gmail.com containing the following information:

The desired posting dates or duration of the ad

Include your name, address, email, phone number, and fax number for billing purposes.

Members can complete the online jobline form, or email jobline.llsdc@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. To use the form, follow these steps:

Login to llsdc.org

Click LLSDC Jobline

Click Add

Fill in required information (marked with an r)

Click Submit Listing

If you need to edit the listing, click the pencil icon
Once approved by the Placement Chair, the ad will be posted.
