The Education Committee is hosting a brown bag lunch on tracking reference statistics on March 1 at 12:00 at Fulbright & Jaworski.

Abigail Ross of Keller and Heckman will present on how to track meaningful reference statistics that best reflect your work and demonstrate your library's value. Abigail will distinguish between using statistics within the library to use resources most efficiently, and using them to demonstrate the library’s value to a larger organization.
