Managing Library Budgets:  Different Models for Consideration and Discussion

 

Are you new to the library budgeting process? Are you in the middle of the budget process, and would like to share ideas with other law firm librarians? Are you interested in discussing methods to track you budget performance over the fiscal year?  Do you struggle with certain aspects of budget management or preparation, or have you developed effective methods and tools that you'd love to share? 

 

You are encouraged to bring templates of budget documents or other tools you use to share with the group (jumpdrive or e-mail to jfaubell@zuckerman.com).

 

The Private Law Libraries SIS will hold a brown-bag lunch session on Wednesday, October 10, at noon.  The discussion will be moderated by Abigail Ross, Library Manager, Keller & Heckman LLP, and Jeanne Faubell, Library Director, Zuckerman Spaeder LLP.
