AALL in Portland: Volunteers Needed!

Washington, DC is host in 2009 to the American Association of Law Libraries annual meeting. As such, we need to promote DC in Portland this July. If you are going to AALL in Portland this July, we need volunteers to staff the Publicity booth. The hours are below:

Friday July 11, 4:00 --7:00
Saturday July 12, 7:00 -- 6:00
Sunday July 13, 7:00 -- 6:30
Monday July 14, 7:30 – 5:00
Tuesday July 15, 7:30 – 3:00

Please consider giving an hour of your time or even a 1/2 hour to answer questions to those who stop by. The booth will have maps, brochures, trinkets etc. If you would like to sign up, please send an e-mail with the times you are available to Leslie Campbell at Leslie_Campbell@ao.uscourts.gov or Karen Silber at ksilber@bna.com. As you can see, we need people from early in the morning to the end of the day. Your time is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
