Education Committee Activities

The Education Committee is planning a couple different events for the fall.

Is the Grass Greener on the Other Side? First up is a roundtable discussion/brown bag lunch of moving jobs between different types of law libraries in DC. LLSDC members who have worked in at least two different kinds of environments will be on hand for conversation and questions. Join us:

Thursday, Sept. 25, 12:30-1:30pm
GW Law School, Stuart Hall 402 (corner of 20th and G Sts.)
Metro stops: Foggy Bottom (orange/blue) or Farragut North (red line)
RSVP to ksolon@law.gwu.edu

Post Election Prognostications! Coming up is a Q & A session with Mary Alice Baish, AALL Wash Affairs Rep, on what a new administration holds for law libraries. Whether the victor is Democratic or Republican, big changes are likely in store. Details forthcoming . . .
